Rishabh Garg graduated from ILS Law College, Pune, and thereafter, started his practise in the Courts of Chhattisgarh. After a brief stint, he moved to the Global Litigation and Arbitration Team of Tech Mahindra Limited, Hyderabad, where he worked on a myriad of Employment Cases, Arbitrations, Contracts, and Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions. During his tenure at Tech Mahindra, Rishabh worked on landmark cases, such as, Venture Global Private Limited vs Satyam Computer Services Limited, the case which shaped the fate of International Commercial Arbitrations in India in the last decade, and Enforcement Directorate vs Ramalinga Raju & Others, the Rs. 1230 Crores scam, more popularly known as the Enron scam of India.
Thereafter, to quench his academic thirst, Rishabh moved to the esteemed National University of Singapore to pursue a Masters degree in Law. After hours of research and attending seminars at National University of Singapore, he returned to India and founded PRANSH Law Offices.
